Build a toolkit to help you feel more resilient as you navigate challenge in your life. Each week will include:
Live group coaching calls (All calls will be recorded if you can't make it live.)
Practices to help you integrate key mindfulness concepts into your life
Journaling prompts to help you process your experiences
Support from a small group of like-minded women
Throughout the 4 weeks, we'll learn how to come to terms with your challenge, grieve what's been lost, and create space for what's emerging.
This isn't about fixing, but rather facing what's in front of us with confidence and strength.
